Elena graduated from the University of Bucharest in 2007 and she is qualified lawyer since 2009, member of the Bucharest Bar. She also holds a Master in Business Law obtained in 2009 from the University of Bucharest Nicolae Titulescu. Previously, Elena Nicolae provides legal assistance and representation in civil litigation, litigation and contentious administrative in tax matters, labor law and social security and family law litigation. Elena speaks fluent French and English having also solid knowledge of German.
