LITIGATION
Grigoras & Partners provided legal assistance at a very high level in an important trial that lasted for about 10 years. The judicial period was extremely difficult and our team encountered obstacles from different directions during the trial. In the end, our lawyers successfully completed this trial, proving once again the skills and knowledge acquired over decades of experience in such litigation. The object of this lengthy trial consisted in the annulment of successive acts by which the lands of our client were fraudulently estranged to other companies, leading to the return of these lands to our client’s property.

CONSULTANCY FOR PURCHASE
Finally, after dispute settlement, our team of lawyers provided consultancy in the process of selling one of the lands obtained after the trial. The land is located in Otopeni and it is owed by the company Agroindcom Chitila. The field was sold to Olympian East Bucharest SRL, a major investor from Cyprus in the sector of real estate and infrastructure. The land from Otopeni consists of an area of 160.000 square meters and the transaction value is around 6 million of euro.

OTHER SERVICES
Our lawyers have successfully negotiated the terms of sale and drafted the necessary documents. At the same time, the following sale process for the other three lands located in Chitila, Peris and Buftea is currently being prepared. These lands with very large surfaces were obtained by our company also by judicial means under similar conditions to the land from Otopeni and they are currently owned by Agroindcom Chitila.
